Research CoordinatorWe are actively recruiting for a research coordinator to join our team at Clayton Eye Center.If you wish to join a team with favorable benefits and perks, while contributing to a best-in-class organization, please apply with your resume.ResponsibilitiesA Research Coordinator I will be expected to meet the following performance benchmarks:Adhere to CEC and CECR policies and procedures which include HIPAA, OSHA, EEO regulations, CECR SOPs and GCPs.Complete assigned tasks in a timely and organized manner to meet enrollment goals and sponsor timelinesEffectively communicate deadlines, challenges, and expectations with director, team lead and more experienced coordinators in the team to share the occurrence and learn how to manage the situations.Work ethically and with integrity, performing all tasks to GCP standards.Exhibit sound judgment, making timely decisions independently and seeking guidance from director and team lead when appropriate.
