Mechanical Site Manager

Salary: £55,000 (negotiable) plus Car Allowance and Overnight Allowances. Location: North West England; UK-wide travel required. Employment type: Permanent, Full-time. About the Role Club Connective is recruiting on behalf of a growing and ambitious Building Services contractor for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong mechanical building services experience to join a business delivering projects across Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Public Sector environments throughout the UK. Key Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day mechanical installation activities on site Supervise directly employed engineers, subcontractors and specialist trades Plan and coordinate daily and weekly site activities Ensure sufficient labour, plant and materials are available Coordinate mechanical works alongside principal contractors and other trades Attend client, coordination and progress meetings Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks Implement and monitor RAMS and Permit to Work procedures Carry out regular Health & Safety inspections Monitor installation quality and manage snagging activities Track progress against programme and identify potential delays Complete site diaries, reports and project documentation Support commissioning activities and final handover processes Essential Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager within Building Services or M&E Strong knowledge of HVAC, LTHW and Plumbing systems Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Sound understanding of Health & Safety legislation Excellent organisational and communication skills Full UK Driving Licence Flexibility to travel throughout the UK and stay away when required Desirable Requirements SMSTS CSCS Gold Card First Aid at Work IOSH Managing Safely Mechanical Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Experience delivering projects within Healthcare, Education, Commercial or Public Sector environments Benefits £55,000 Basic Salary Car Allowance Overnight Stay Allowances Long-Term Career Opportunity Diverse Project Portfolio Professional and Supportive Working Environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Club Connective
