Estate Planning Attorney

We are seeking a Project Attorney to support a Tax and Estate Planning practice on a temporary, hourly basis. This role offers an open-ended duration and is ideal for an attorney looking for flexible, project-based work. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of estate planning documents Support income tax, estate, and gift tax planning matters Assist with trust and estate administration Provide support on business succession planning matters Requirements 2.5+ years of tax and estate planning experience Active Pennsylvania bar license in good standing required Ability to attend onsite training in Pittsburgh, PA Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Work Arrangement & Compensation $65–$80 per hour (W2), paid for time worked Training preferred onsite in Pittsburgh Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
