Registered Nurse- PCU

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in IMCU, PCU, or stepdown units
• Proven proficiency in managing patients with complex, acute conditions including sepsis, respiratory failure, and heparin drips
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
• Ability to quickly assess and respond to patient needs, demonstrating strong critical thinking and clinical skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with TDM2 patients or chronic kidney disease management
• Prior exposure to substance abuse and encephalopathy cases
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in high-pressure environments

Required Education & Experience:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 2 years of specialized ICU/PCU/Stepdown experience, ideally in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:

• Must be available to start ASAP
• Ability to handle fast-paced scenarios involving heparin drips and complex patient conditions.
