Key responsibilities Order and monitor payoff demands and lien-related documentation, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation of delays Maintain organized and compliant files, adhering to NOC standards and supporting operational efficiency Deliver superior customer service to internal and external partners while managing multiple files and deadlines Required qualifications One year of experience in escrow, title, real estate, or mortgage operations Familiarity with escrow and title systems, workflow tools, and document management platforms Knowledge of Texas real estate, escrow, and title processes Strong ability to interpret and draft clear instructions and correspondence Proven track record of meeting deadlines and adhering to established procedures
