Industrial Maintenance Technician
Seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to safely maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will train on 1st shift before moving to a 2nd shift schedule.
Recycling Center looking for EXPERIENCED industrial maintenance tech.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 11:00pm)
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, fuel, brake, and electrical systems.
- Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe operation and minimize downtime.
- Maintain forklifts, balers, conveyors, densifiers, loaders, and other processing equipment.
- Repair and replace components including belts, bearings, hydraulic cylinders, motors, valves, chains, and wear plates.
- Perform welding, fabrication, and structural repairs as needed.
- Ensure all lockout/tagout procedures are followed.
- Conduct equipment safety inspections and verify all guards and safety devices are functioning properly.
- Maintain accurate repair logs, maintenance records, and parts inventory.
- Coordinate parts ordering and communicate equipment concerns to management.
- Support machine operators by providing guidance on basic equipment maintenance.
Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Experience working on conveyors and balers.
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
