Other Compensation Piecerate Job Category 1 Employee Type Seasonal Non-Exempt Description At Village Realty we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences across our vacation rental properties. We are looking for dedicated housekeeping professionals to join our team for this upcoming season. As a dedicated cleaner your responsibilities will be to perform the following duties. Clean and sanitize all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas Change linens and make beds Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all surfaces Wash and put away dishes, take out trash, and restock basic supplies Report and damages, maintenance needs, or missing items to management Ensure properties met cleanliness standards before guest check in Follow all health and safety guidelines and company procedures Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with guests or staff. Requirements Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Reliable transportation Must be able to work weekends, holidays and turnover days (typically Saturdays) Must be able to lift up to 25lbs and handle physical work (bending and standing) Summary Village Realty is a local property management, vacation and rental and real estate sales firm managing over 700 exceptional Outer Banks rental properties, spanning from Corolla to Nags Head, as well as Manteo and Hatteras Island.
