The Retail Manager in Training program is designed to develop operational skills, leadership abilities, and sales techniques essential for effective store management. During the training period, you will focus on customer engagement and gain hands-on experience managing a medium-sized team of 6-15 employees. This role reports to the Store Manager, Regional Manager, and Operations Director, and primarily involves local store visits for training purposes. Upon completing training, opportunities for lateral movement within the retail sector are available to support career growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales and performance goals
• Manage inventory control and maintain stock levels
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve concerns
• Oversee sales management and ensure targets are met
• Train staff on operational procedures and customer engagement
• Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store appearance

• Prepare and submit reports to management
• Handle daily store operations efficiently

Required Qualifications
