What You'll Do:

Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
Recruit, hire, develop, and motivate team members
Maintain a safe, clean work environment
Ensure proper storage, handling, and preparation of ingredients
Manage administrative responsibilities efficiently

Requirements:

1-2 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
Ability to work a minimum of 45hrs/week, including evenings and weekends
Good communication, interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Strong desire to deliver guest satisfaction
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Valid Food Safety Certificate (can earn while training)
