Job Summary Location: Total Rehab - Sports Medicine Sylvania Department: Professional Park PT Weekly Hours: 40 Status: Full time Shift: Variable (United States) Sign On Bonus: $10,000 for external candidates with a 2 year commitment The Physical Therapist plans and provides treatment to meet a patient's rehabilitation goals. They develop and implement the physical therapy plan and establish a plan of care for patients. The role includes advocacy, communication, and education of patients of all ages, demonstrating competence, awareness, and sensitivity to their physical, emotional, and sociopsychological needs. This position offers leadership opportunities as the therapist mentors PTAs, students, and volunteers. Responsibilities Plan and provide treatment to meet a patient’s rehabilitation goals. Develop and implement the physical therapy plan and establish a plan of care for patients. Advocate, communicate, and educate patients of all ages while showing competence, awareness, and sensitivity of their physical, emotional, and sociopsychological needs. Mentor PTAs, students, and volunteers. Schedule: No weekends/holidays. Requirements Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy. PT License in State of practice. CPR certification.
