Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including assessment and ongoing monitoring.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, and document outcomes accurately.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the care team; respond promptly to clinical developments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care plans and communicate with families as appropriate.
• Perform routine nursing procedures, wound care, and basic clinical tasks within scope of practice; ensure patient safety and infection control compliance.
• Complete timely and accurate charting in accordance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.

Requirements

• Active registered nurse license (state of practice) or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania; willingness to obtain or transfer as required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 1 year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• RN degree from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN acceptable).
• Ability to work evening and night shifts; flexibility to support a travel assignment schedule.
• Capacity to pass credentialing and onboarding requirements for a temporary assignment.
