Your Support System:

You'll report to our Director of Rooms. You'll collaborate with leaders and team members across the property, including Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations. We believe in servant leadership, open communication, and growing talent from within.

How We Work:

Location: Nebraska City, Nebraska – Arbor Day Farm Campus Schedule: Full-Time, 7am-3pm Sunday-Thursday Our campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events. We work hard, support each other, and believe if we're going to do something — it's worth doing well.

What You'll Do:

• Provide critical first impressions. You provide service that is warm, welcoming, and world-class service to all our guests. You enjoy starting conversations with new guests.
• Responsibilities include registering guests, assigning rooms, accommodating special requests, and ensuring smooth, memorable experiences.
• Work as a team and individually. Be a part of helping us create a fun work environment with teamwork at the forefront to ensure a positive experience for guests.
