Credit Card Dispute Associate

Insight Global is hiring Credit Card Dispute Associates for our client, who is a global crypto and Web3 platform. In this role, you will handle dispute cases end-to-end, support cardholders via phone and email, and ensure all work is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will be available to work from 7 am 4 pm on site in their Tempe office.

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Process credit card fraud and non-fraud disputes from intake through final resolution
• Collect and review documentation, assign accurate dispute reason codes, and issue provisional credits when applicable
• Ensure all disputes are completed within required regulatory timelines
• Communicate clearly with cardholders via phone and email to explain dispute processes, answer questions, and resolve issues
• Escalate complex cases as needed for additional review
• Maintain accurate electronic records, case notes, and documentation related to disputes and chargebacks
• Manage multiple systems and queues while prioritizing time-sensitive work

The hourly pay for this position is $30/hr.

Skills and Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of customer/client service experience, in a contact center or financial services environment.
• 3-4+ years of experience in the banking or financial industry.
• Disputes Experience Zendesk Experience Preferred
