Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families, covering all age groups from children to elders.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized and accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for or in possession of an active Idaho medical license.
