Washington D.C. Licensed Mental Health Therapist

To support a growing practice, the part-time Washington D.C. Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, manage a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, and collaborate with other mental health providers while maintaining thorough documentation. Key responsibilities Provide evidence-based therapy using various modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to adult clients (18+) Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, ensuring 8-24 hours of availability Monday to Friday Complete all documentation within 48 hours of client contact and adjust treatment based on client progress Required qualifications Independently licensed in Washington D.C. as LICSW, LIMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adults and at least 6 months of teletherapy experience Proficiency in clinical assessments such as PHQ-9 and comfort with EHR systems Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states, with costs covered by the employer
