As a Battery Technician , you will provide essential support through equipment maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair services for batteries and chargers. This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to ensure reliable equipment performance and high levels of customer satisfaction during standard business hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair on batteries and chargers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
- Install new equipment according to specifications
- Provide prompt and professional customer support
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience in equipment maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Customer service skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Experience with technical documentation
- Knowledge of safety standards
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge of industrial batteries and chargers
