Behavior Interventionist BI

We are looking for a talented Behavior Interventionist (BI) for the school year.

Hourly Rate Range : $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Responsibilities would include:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a BCBA or school team.
• Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students.
• Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
• Support students in developing social, communication, and coping skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and support staff.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred but not required.
• Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required.
