We're looking for a detail-oriented Prep Cook to lay the groundwork for our kitchen's success. You'll be responsible for getting ingredients ready to the exact standards our menu demands — consistency and quality here directly impact what goes out to every table. Benefits: 10 Days Paid Time Off per year Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance after the Review Period 401(k) after the Review Period What you'll do: Prepare ingredients according to recipes and portioning guidelines — chopping, slicing, dicing, marinating, portioning proteins, making sauces and stocks, etc. Follow prep lists and communicate with the sous chef or kitchen manager on daily priorities Properly label, date, and store all prepped items following food safety and rotation standards (FIFO) Maintain a clean, organized station and adhere to all sanitation guidelines Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock or quality issues to kitchen leadership Operate kitchen equipment safely (slicers, mixers, food processors, etc.) Taste and adjust seasoning under guidance to maintain consistency across batches Support line cooks during service when needed, restocking items as they run low Assist with receiving and breaking down deliveries #J-18808-Ljbffr Landed
