Position: Landscape Crew Leader / Driver

Location: Land O Lakes, FL

Pay: Starting at $20.00 - $25.00 per hour , based on experience

Full-time positions available

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Landscape Crew Leader / Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for safely transporting crew and equipment to job sites, leading a small team, and ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance and installation services.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate company vehicles and trucks with trailers to transport crew and equipment
Lead and supervise a landscape crew on daily job assignments
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
Communicate job expectations and provide on-site direction to team members
Perform landscape maintenance and installation tasks (mowing, edging, planting, mulching, etc.)
Conduct daily vehicle and trailer inspections
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Communicate with management regarding job progress, issues, or needs

Requirements:

✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
✅ Proven experience driving trucks and pulling trailers (required)
✅ Prior experience leading or supervising a crew (required)

✅ Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and/or installation

✅ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
✅ Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership skills

✅ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Experience with commercial landscaping equipment
Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices
