Reference: PR/ _ Title: Territory ManagerSalary: 110K base + Bonus Opportunity: Join a leading building products manufacturer known for quality, innovation, and customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional in Madison Wisconsin to grow a territory, build customer relationships, and drive business success.The Territory Manager Will Be Responsible For:Growing sales and managing customer accounts throughout the territory.Building relationships with contractors, distributors, and key customers.Conducting roof inspections, product demonstrations, and training sessions.Identifying new business opportunities and generating sales leads.Traveling throughout the territory to support and develop customer partnerships.The Territory Manager Should Have The Following Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.Construction, roofing, or building materials experience is a plus.Benefits / Perks:Competitive compensation and bonus opportunities.Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.401(k) with company match and profit sharing.Flexible benefits program.Career growth and professional development opportunities.
