Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay: $45–55 per hour (negotiable with experience). Up to $10k sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time positions and $5k for part‑time. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under dentist supervision, including scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride, and related procedures. Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care, ensuring each patient has a memorable experience. Offer same‑day care opportunities and excellent customer service. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment plans. Assess dental needs and review medical histories. Maintain government and company regulations and standards. Assist with charting, chart updates, and dental/perio charting. Take and file x‑rays when needed. Qualifications Current Dental Hygienist license in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA with hands‑on skill assessment. Experience working with a substantial pediatric population (70%+ of patients).
