This is a full‑time seasonal driver position with Aura Logistics LLC delivering packages. We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem‑solve a wide range of situations, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Full‑time Job Type: Permanent Compensation: up to $21.50 per hour (paid biweekly) Shift: 10‑hour shifts, 4‑day work week (40 hours) Schedule rotation: no more than 3 consecutive days, every other weekend off Potential to work second shift in future Responsibilities Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicle Handle and deliver packages on time Follow all local and state laws, road regulations, and company policies Provide excellent customer service despite stressful events or conditions Work in all weather conditions; lift up to 50 lbs frequently; get in and out of a van repeatedly Use smartphone for GPS, scanning packages, clocking in/out, and team communication Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle Communicate effectively with support team to ensure deliveries are completed Support the team when needed, including rescue calls Qualifications At least 21 years old Non‑provisional, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license (CDL not required) Authorized to work in the United States Pass 4‑panel drug screening (marijuana not included in pre‑employment testing) Satisfactory motor vehicle report (no more than 2 violations in the past 3 years) Good English speaking, reading, and communication skills Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Comfortable working in all weather conditions Ability to enter and exit a delivery van 200+ times per day Benefits Performance incentives and bonuses available Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees working 30+ hours per week Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment Aura Logistics LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
