Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Active Minnesota OT licensure
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus but not required
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy plans for diverse student needs across elementary to high school ages

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy services to a caseload of approximately 15 students
• Assess, plan, and implement goal-driven interventions to support students’ participation in the school environment
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and monitor IEP goals
• Document progress and maintain compliance with all relevant policies and requirements
• Participate in team meetings, offering recommendations to facilitate student success
