We are seeking a dedicated Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead the team at Orlondos Pizza. This role focuses on managing daily operations of the FOH team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth business flow during busy hours. The FOH Manager will oversee a medium-sized team, coordinate training, handle cash, and work closely with the General Manager to uphold our standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a FOH team of 6-15 employees
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve conflicts efficiently
- Oversee cash handling and daily financial reconciliation
- Coordinate employee training and development
- Utilize third-party scheduling apps for team scheduling and inventory tracking
- Work evenings and weekends as part of shift coverage
- Report directly to the General Manager on team performance and operational issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in restaurant management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and team leadership skills
- Familiarity with scheduling software and cash handling procedures
- Competency in conflict resolution and inventory management
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
