Join our team at Dialyze Direct, where we bring a gentler, more effective dialysis treatment to the geriatric population, enhancing their quality of life. We partner with skilled nursing facilities to create customized home dialysis dens, offering shorter, more frequent treatments that mimic healthy kidney function.
Position Details
This is a float position with minimal opportunity for time off. Candidates should be flexible and willing to travel between multiple locations in Ohio.

Requirements
- 18+ months of current dialysis experience
- Experience with NXStage Dialysis Machine
- Geriatric patient experience
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Basic Life Support (AHA) certification
- Must have own vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
- CNN or CDN Certification
- Crown Web EMR experience
- BSN degree
