Scismic is supporting the growth of a company seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor!

You will lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a regulated environment, ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time production. This role oversees floor execution, schedules work, coaches operators, and drives quality and performance across the team. The supervisor partners cross-functionally to resolve issues, reviews production documentation, and supports timely batch release while maintaining inspection readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support daily manufacturing activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals
Coach and develop operators through training, performance management, and 1:1s
Ensure compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and quality systems
Review production documentation and support deviation initiation and closure
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues with cross-functional partners
Drive continuous improvement and support operational projects
Provide leadership coverage as needed

Qualifications

Experience supervising teams in a regulated manufacturing environment
Strong decision-making, communication, and technical writing skills
Hands-on knowledge of batch records and quality documentation
Familiarity with cleanroom or biologics manufacturing preferred
Continuous improvement and change leadership mindset
