This role is designed for a content professional passionate about digital marketing, data analysis, and content optimization strategies. You will contribute to improving online visibility, organic growth, and content performance through SEO and GEO practices. The position combines creativity and analytical thinking, allowing you to transform data insights into impactful content strategies. You will work with keyword research, audience analysis, performance reporting, and content optimization across different formats and platforms. Accountabilities:

• Manage content-related workflows by maintaining control spreadsheets, schedules, backlogs, and deadlines using project management tools.
• Analyze audiences, brand voice, personas, market trends, and competitors to identify strategic opportunities.
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for SEO and GEO-focused content creation.
• Create, review, and optimize content in different formats, including ebooks, infographics, web stories, and digital campaign materials.
• Support content optimization for paid media platforms such as Meta and Google by applying copywriting best practices.
• Develop performance reports and analyze data using SEO, GEO, and analytics tools.
• Generate insights and collaborate with related teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Participate in training programs and team initiatives focused on continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements:

• Strong command of the Portuguese language with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including experience interacting with clients or stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with logical reasoning skills and the ability to interpret and present results.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and improving written content.
• Creativity, proactivity, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Presentations, Sheets, and Drive.
• Familiarity with SEO and GEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Interest in digital marketing content strategies and motivation to grow in an innovative and creative environment.
• Advanced English and/or Spanish skills are considered a plus.
• Additional knowledge of SEO, GEO, CRM, CRO, and social media strategies is a strong advantage.
