Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end product life cycle for highly complex products. Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing short and long-term strategies, and identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a more unified customer experience. Job expectations include ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies. This role will be responsible for the end to end management of the rewards points transfer capability and integration with third party vendors ensuring accuracy of fulfillment with adherence to compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies and creates comprehensive plans for product development and deployment.
• Oversees a set of card redemption options and maintains financials, including managing the investment profile and profit and loss (P&L) activities, such as revenue and profit margins.
• Demonstrates deep process knowledge, operational excellence and innovation through a focus on simplicity, data based decision making and continuous improvement.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline or enhance card redemption option offerings to fit client's existing and future needs and support continued growth and operational excellence.
• Manages risk through implementing and monitoring effective controls in partnership with key support partners.
• Deep expertise in rewards products, programs, and redemption ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts across business, technology, and external partners.
• Drive compliance with GIS, compliance and vendor management requirements and ensure effective execution of critical controls.
• Establish and oversee reporting strategies, metrics, and insights to monitor process health and support business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated third party vendor and product management skills
• Knowledge of the credit card products and rewards programs
• Experience with enterprise vendor management requirements
