Summary:

**Required Experience and Licensure:** - MUST HAVE 12 months PERM experience in the specialty applying for. - 1 year combined perm experience in the specialty applying for required (preferred to be within one location but not required). - MUST HAVE PERMANENT Ohio license or compact state license IN HAND at time of submission. **Preferred Experience:** - PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required. **Certifications:** - AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications required. **References:** - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Please no co-worker references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. **Orientation and Competency Assessments:** - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. **Additional Requirements:** - Required certifications need to be ACTIVE and in hand at time of submission; will not accept anything pending. **Compliance Notes:** - Facility does not accept any license hits. BG hits of any kind are reviewed but will not accept any traveler with an open case. **Special Notes on Nicotine Policy:** - Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements temporarily. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.
