Learn more at . Job Description KPFF San Diego is looking for motivated entry‑level AutoCAD Drafters. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects throughout the local area, while expanding technical knowledge and experience. AutoCAD Drafters work in a close‑knit team environment with growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding entrepreneurial company. Qualifications Candidates should have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative, team environment. Candidates may be entry level up to four years of CAD experience. High School Diploma or GED is required. Associate’s Degree preferred. Civil CAD experience preferred. Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods at a desk, working on a computer viewing a screen using Autodesk® AutoCAD® and other design‑related software. Ability to learn new tasks, maintain focus, understand and absorb instructions, and complete tasks independently. Applicants must be willing to undergo a test to demonstrate level of CAD knowledge and ability. Candidates will work on a wide variety of challenging projects with growth opportunities based upon their competency, attitude, and commitment. Additional Information Compensation Hourly Pay: $54,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience and education. Overtime Eligibility: Employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with local labor laws. Employees may receive a way we work allowance based on their commuting option.
