Role: Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the US)

Contract

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess and optimize current Salesforce architecture, CRM processes, patient engagement workflows, and integrations to drive improved patient outcomes

2. Analyze patient acquisition, conversion, and re-engagement journeys to identify and implement CRM automation opportunities

3. Evaluate Salesforce capabilities for patient outreach, case management, lead management, campaign execution, and stakeholder interactions, ensuring alignment with business goals

4. Design and architect future-state Salesforce solutions that measurably enhance patient progression, engagement, and re-engagement

5. Leverage Salesforce automation, workflow, AI, customer journey, and analytics features to deliver measurable improvements in patient engagement

6. Recommend integration strategies across Salesforce, marketing platforms, patient support systems, data platforms, and analytics solutions to enable seamless data flow

7. Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, analysts, and architects to align CRM capabilities with organizational objectives and transformation roadmap

8. Prepare and deliver executive presentations, solution blueprints, and strategic roadmap deliverables

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline

2. Salesforce Certified Architect

3. Salesforce Certified Consultant

4. Salesforce Platform Developer certification

5. Salesforce Administrator certification

6. Salesforce Health Cloud Specialist certification.
