Employees are eligible for benefit election on day 1 of employmentResponsibilitiesSkills Required:Run shipping and receiving requirements dailyCoordinate truck traffic & execute daily dock schedules for both inbound and outbound loadsMaximize dock door utilization and line load opportunitiesCheck trucks in/out of Das Monitor/PINC/Freight Roll and maintain yard management accuracy within PINCPost orders in the SAP systemReconcile expected goodsUpload hard copies to the freight roll if necessaryInvestigate, troubleshoot, and report inventory management failures along with resolving discrepanciesMaintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse, dock office, and yardEnsure daily warehouse Key Performance Indicators are met and the dock office is at or above the 90% 5s standardReceipt of inbounds/returns within 24 hours of arrivalComplete product traceability and withdrawal reportsMaintain "First Expired First Out"Complete order exceptions as neededSupport production with purchase order creation as neededQualificationsRequirements/Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience2-3 years of inventory/warehouse experience preferredCustomer service and communication skillsProficient computer skills including but not limited to: Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and OutlookSAP knowledge is a plusOrganizational skills with the ability to continuously handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPrior forklift and yard truck experience preferredExcellent communication and organization skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentMust be flexible in working hours - overtime, vacation coverage, and off-shiftsPrimo Brands' established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring and Pure Life, premium brands like Saratoga and Mountain Valley, regional leaders such as Arrowhead, Deer Park, Ice Mountain Ozarka, and Zephyrhills, purified brands, Primo Water and Sparkletts, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash and AC+ION.
