Warranty AdministratorReview and complete all warranty repair ordersSubmit warranty claims in a timely and accurate fashionCorrects dealer error and rejected claimsRectifies outstanding unpaid warranty claimsProvide daily efficiency reports to managementStays informed with current recalls in the dealer portalCommunicating with manufacturers and suppliers regarding warranty issuesMaintaining accurate records of warranty claims and paymentsFacilitates payroll closes for 15th and last day of the monthPublishes monthly shop scheduleAssist with other clerical needs and responsibilities as assigned by managementPrior experience in warranty administrationStrong attention to detail and organization skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office suiteAt Gorges Volvo, we strive to make every customer a customer for life.
