Customer Service Representative – SAP / Salesforce & Supply Chain
Location: Madison Heights, MI 48071
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Pay Rate: $27–$29/hour (W-2)
Employment Type: Temporary Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support customer relationships, order management, and supply chain operations for a leading manufacturing organization.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Service Cloud , along with a strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, customer service, and supply chain coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, requests, and escalations.
- Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including order processing, fulfillment, and delivery coordination.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipments, product availability, and delivery delays.
- Utilize SAP, Salesforce, Service Cloud, or other CRM/ERP systems to maintain customer records and track service requests.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, document customer interactions, and manage follow-up activities.
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management, or Sales Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP and/or Salesforce .
- Understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), order processing, and supply chain operations.
- Experience handling customer inquiries, order fulfillment, and delivery-related issues.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
