Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our team at our rehabilitation facility in Little Rock, AR. This role focuses on delivering exceptional inpatient rehabilitation services to adults who are on the path to recovery from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, as well as other intricate health conditions.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs.
• Design and implement tailored care plans for each patient.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care.
• Uphold faith-based, patient-centered values in all interactions.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing clinical education.

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care.
