Electrical Preconstruction Manager

Preconstruction Manager We are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead a cross‑functional team supporting projects from pursuit inception through construction and commissioning. Key Responsibilities Coordinate design activities with consultants, subcontractor partners, and clients. Work with the Group Manager of Preconstruction to develop best‑in‑class Preconstruction services for internal and external clients. Keep project leadership informed of open or unresolved design issues and track design and cost changes during project development. Participate in meetings and presentations to present the benefits of Faith Technologies Preconstruction Services. Utilize Faith Technologies Project Status Report (PSR), Task Item Analysis (TIA), Roles & Responsibilities Tracker, and Preconstruction Cost reports to monitor project progress and engineering, design, and CAD project budgets. Oversee development of designs, cost estimates, and value engineering solutions. Act as single point of contact for the Project Manager for all Preconstruction activities. Provide guidance to project managers during the design phase to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. Perform other related duties as required. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management. Experience: 10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination. Travel: 15–25% of time. Work Schedule: Typical hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with flexibility to work as needed to meet business needs.
