Pay Rate: $290,000.00

Opportunity Highlights

• Completely outpatient pediatric care
• Flexible scheduling options, including a potential four-day workweek
• Integrated care model featuring same-day and next-day referrals, with specialists available 24/7 for clinical assistance
• A dedicated support team, including a 1:1 medical assistant ratio, along with resources in LVN, RN, lactation, nutrition, social work, and behavioral health
• AI-driven tools for documentation, dictation, desk management, patient communication, and visit scribing
• A supported ramp-up period with a reduced initial schedule, a designated mentor, and continuous education for new hires
• Opportunities for leadership and career growth through committees, professional groups, and physician leadership pathways
• No overnight calls or rounding; weekend coverage is approximately once a month for half a day, including a mix of in-person and virtual tasks

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $290,000
• Annual quality incentive bonus
• Sign-on bonus of $30,000
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000
• CME allowance of $5,000 plus one week of CME leave
• Employer-covered health, dental, vision, malpractice, and tail coverage

Retirement and Wealth-Building Benefits

• Defined pension plan based on years of service and highest annual salary
• Employer contributions of 2% annually for the first 20 years of service, followed by 1% annually
• Pension calculated using your highest base salary during employment
• Fully vested after 10 years of service
• Annual employer-funded 401(k) contributions, regardless of personal contributions
• Additional employer "overflow" contributions available when IRS limits are reached
• Interest-free home loan assistance of up to $250,000 for qualified home purchases, based on a maximum purchase price of $2.5 million
