Supply Chain Program Manager

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong Business Analyst skills to join the Procurement Organization. In this role, you will drive Supply Chain IT projects end-to-end while providing Supply Chain Analytics to management for key decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in an ambiguous, dynamic environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to operate with complex and detailed subject matter.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to go deep on subjects when required. Able to handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion.
• Hands-on experience leveraging GenAI tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, AI agents) to drive product innovation, automation, or decision intelligence.
• Strong business analysis skills - ability to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations within a technology or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms and business intelligence tools.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Drive Supply Chain IT projects within the Procurement Organization, along with providing Supply Chain Analytics to management for key decision making.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans for progress tracking; constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Establish and manage relationships with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Act as liaison with data engineers, ML engineers, and PM stakeholders on projects; escalate to management for critical project issues if needed.
