Job Details:

• Location: Chula Vista, California
• Schedule: Evening shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Certification and License: Valid California RN license, CPR certification, NRP, AWHONN EFM advanced or intermediate certification, and ENA EFM certification (preferred)
• Education and Experience: At least three years of recent RN experience in an RN role, with at least two years in a specialty area relevant to labor and delivery
• Required Qualifications: California RN license, CPR certification, NRP, AWHONN EFM advanced or intermediate certification, ENA EFM certification (preferred), and at least three years of recent RN experience in an RN role, plus two years in a specialty area
• Additional Information: The role emphasizes implementation and evaluation of care, patient advocacy, interdisciplinary collaboration, cultural competence, delegation, and coordination of care with other healthcare team members
