Surgical Tech - Certified Surg Tech

Surgical Technician

Seeking a Surgical Technician for a general surgery unit. The position involves working 36 hours per week on three 12-hour midshifts from 11 AM to 11:30 PM. The role requires participation in up to six weekend and six weeknight calls within a six-week scheduling period. Candidates must demonstrate competency in orthopedic total joint cases, neuro spine and crani surgeries, vascular procedures, and robotic surgery. Preferred experience includes general surgery, trauma surgery, neuro, vascular, orthopedic, and urology. Ideal candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience. Certifications required include CST and Tech in Surgery (TS-C). The unit features 16 operating rooms with expected staff-to-patient ratios of 1:1.
