Program Manager – Eden Prairie, MN (Onsite) – Hiring Now! Job Description THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a growing manufacturer of complex engineered products to hire an experienced Program Manager for its Eden Prairie, MN location. This is an excellent opportunity for a program management professional who enjoys leading customer-driven projects from design and development through manufacturing, testing, and final delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management fundamentals, technical aptitude, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while maintaining exceptional customer relationships. Essential Job Duties Lead program execution from development through manufacturing and customer delivery Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and delivery performance Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, and operations Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the program lifecycle Monitor budgets, milestones, deliverables, and program performance Lead customer and internal program review meetings Manage program risks, issue resolution, and change requests Review contracts, statements of work, specifications, and customer requirements Maintain accurate schedules, reports, action items, and program documentation Manage multiple concurrent programs and competing priorities Support continuous improvement initiatives and future business opportunities Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Business, Operations, Project Management, Manufacturing, or a related field 5+ years of project or program management experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace/defense, medical device, or other technical environments Experience managing programs from development through production and delivery Strong customer-facing experience and relationship management skills Experience with scheduling, budgeting, risk management, resource planning, and change control Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software Strong Excel, organizational, analytical, and communication skills Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Government, federal, DoD, or prime contractor program experience Aerospace, defense, medical device, or highly regulated manufacturing experience New Product Development (NPD) or New Product Introduction (NPI) experience Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools PMP certification preferred Lean or Six Sigma experience a plus Position Benefits, Location, Pay & Schedule: Eden Prairie, MN (Onsite) Full-time, Direct-Hire opportunity Monday-Friday schedule Salary: $85,000-$120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, PTO, and retirement savings options Opportunity to work on technically complex programs in a collaborative environment Strong long-term growth potential THE RIGHT STAFF is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr THE RIGHT STAFF
