Hospice Nurse Practitioner: Impactful Home Health NP

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Texas to provide medical care to hospice patients within an interdisciplinary team. You will determine hospice eligibility and manage pain and symptoms to improve quality of life.

Must be a graduate of an approved program, hold an active TX NP license, and have Medicare regulatory knowledge. Strong tech skills with mobile devices and CPR certification are required for this role.
