Wir suchen für das Schuljahr 2026/2027 engagierte und zuverlässige Pädagogen/innen für die Bereiche Eingangsstufe und Kindergarten (40 Stunden pro Woche).
Tätigkeitsprofil
Gesucht werden Pädagogen/innen für den Einsatz in der Eingangsstufe (ab 2 Jahren) und im Kindergarten. Über die konkrete pädagogische Arbeit in der Kindergruppe hinaus bringen sich unsere Mitarbeiter bei regelmäßigen Planungsaktivitäten in Bezug auf Projektarbeit, Elternsprechtage, Informationsabende für Eltern zu Erziehungs- und Bildungsthemen, Workshops zur professionellen Weiterbildung, und Mitarbeitertreffen im Rahmen der Gestaltung des allgemeinen Schullebens (z.B. Einschulung, Festivitäten) und der Schulentwicklung ein. Durch ihr fundiertes Entwicklungswissen, ihre pädagogischen Fertigkeiten und ausgeprägten personalen Kompetenzen gewährleisten sie neben grundlegenden Betreuungsaufgaben auch die sensible Unterstützung und Begleitung kindlicher Entwicklungs- und Bildungsprozesse. Sie beteiligen sich mit eigenen Impulsen und Ideen am kontinuierlichen Austausch mit Kollegium und Schulleitung, und gestalten so die Weiterentwicklung unserer Schule als erfolgreiche Bildungsinstitution mit.

Anforderungsprofil
Voraussetzungen:
Abgeschlossenes Studium als Kindheitspädagogin/Kindheitspädagoge (BA) bzw. Pädagogin/Pädagoge der frühen Kindheit (BA) oder gleichwertiger Abschluss (staatlich anerkannte Erzieher/innen mit EQR Niveau 6)
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Kindern im Kleinkind- oder Kindergartenalter nach abgeschlossenem Studium – idealerweise in einem mehrsprachigen Umfeld
Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse und kommunikative Fähigkeiten im Deutschen und Englischen
Hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz und Kooperationsfähigkeit innerhalb des Teams
Ausgeprägte Bereitschaft, kindliche Entwicklungs- und Bildungsprozesse anzuregen, zu fördern und zu dokumentieren
Wertschätzende und ressourcenorientierte Grundhaltung in der Arbeit mit Kindern und ihren Familien
Ausgeprägte Sensibilität und Kompetenz hinsichtlich interkultureller Aspekte der Beziehungs- und Bildungsarbeit
Bereitschaft zur Planung und kreativen Ausgestaltung individualisierter/passgenauer Förderangebote
Lernkompetenz, Bereitschaft zur Reflexion und stetigen Weiterentwicklung eigenen pädagogischen Handelns
Hohes Engagement in Bezug auf die Weiterentwicklung des “Programms für den Frühbereich” der Schule und die Gestaltung von Übergängen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kollegium
Unterstützung von Programmdirektion, Schulleitung und Schulvorstand in organisatorischen Fragen
