Billing Analyst

Managing premium billing processes, the full-time remote Billing Analyst will support automated billing solutions through advanced Excel and VBA programming while ensuring accuracy and resolving billing discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage and process premium billing transactions, ensuring compliance and effective communication with stakeholders Develop and enhance Excel-based tools and VBA macros to automate billing processes and improve operational efficiency Analyze and resolve complex billing discrepancies through collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent 2 years of accounting or complex financial experience 3 years of customer service experience Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including VBA macro development Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, OneNote, and PowerPoint
