As a clinician with AgeRight Clinical Services, you will work on a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant led team in collaboration with physicians, nurses, therapist, dieticians and social workers to provide compassionate and holistic care to a cohort of medically fragile older adults in the assisted living and post-acute care setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who desires a small patient panel, increased autonomy and a flexible schedule.
