This residential facility in West Texas offers a supportive environment where dignity and person-centered care are the priority. What You’ll Do: As an LVN , you’ll provide hands-on nursing care, assist with medications, perform health assessments, support vaccination/testing efforts, and document all care activities. You’ll work closely with a clinical team to follow individualized care plans. What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Active Texas LVN/LPN license ✔️ 2+ years’ experience in acute care, LTC, public health, or clinic settings preferred ✔️ Behavioral health or dual-diagnosis experience is a plus ✔️ CPR (AHA), photo ID, recent PPD, and COVID-19 card (if applicable) ✔️ Must pass drug screen, background check & FBI fingerprinting ???? Schedule: Mon–Fri first 4 weeks, then rotating; every 3rd weekend off ???? 40 hours/week | All onboarding must be completed before start Contact today for more details.
