The Edge from Within.Perks of Working at Ignite Digital:Competitive pay and benefits, including PTOEducation stipends and referral bonusesCompelling work with the U.S. federal governmentStrong emphasis on volunteer and community engagementOpportunity to shape the future of our industrySupportive colleagues and management who invest in your growthScope of Responsibilities:Perform daily and weekly cycle counts across Charleston facilities; investigate discrepancies and reconcile physical stock against ERP records to ensure inventory accuracy.Receive, inspect, and log inbound shipments, verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders; flag damages or shortages to purchasing.Maintain item master data, including bin locations, unit-of-measure, and reorder points; process inventory adjustments, transfers, and returns.Build recurring reports on stock levels, aging, shrink, and slow-moving items; provide reorder recommendations to operations and purchasing teams.Partner with engineering to resolve stockouts, expedite critical materials, ensure TAA and NDAA compliance, develop bills of materials, and support month-end and annual physical inventory counts.Identify and support implementation of process improvements across inventory workflows.Operate material handling equipment as needed; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Required Qualifications:Active DoD Secret Security ClearanceExperience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and related Microsoft 365 technologiesDesired Qualifications:Self-motivated and proactive work styleStrong attention to detailCustomer-service-oriented mindsetSalary: 50k+ dependent on education and experienceApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Ignite Digital is a Small Business committed to providing exceptional service to government agencies at competitive prices.
