Job Title - Marketing & Content Coordinator Number of Positions - 1 Job Location - Washington, District of Columbia, 20057 Contract - 3 Months only Pay rate - $35/hr on W2 No benefits Job Description Hybrid-2 days in office/3 days remote Ideal candidate - strong visual eye, content marketing experience, creative flair, lead-generation mindset, excellent execution skills, and experience in Canva. Portfolio showcasing marketing, design, content, or creative work is strongly preferred. Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, Digital Media, or a related field. Three to five years of experience in marketing, communications, content marketing, or creative production. Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Demonstrated experience creating polished marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and digital assets with a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Experience producing content across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, websites, presentations, and print collateral. Proficiency with Canva required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) strongly preferred. Experience building branded email templates and working within marketing automation platforms (Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar). Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce. Experience managing content management systems such as WordPress is preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, client-ready work.
