Northwestern Medicine in Chicago is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for the Infectious Disease Clinic in the ambulatory setting. Primary scope includes HIV care, including long-acting injectables, OPAT support, and ID-related patient care and medication access. The role collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to optimize therapy, educate patients, maintain EPIC profiles, and participate in quality improvement and provider training initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
