Drive CNC systems sales in a high-growth, innovation-friendly market. You’ll combine consultative selling with technical resources to deliver measurable value for manufacturers throughout Northwest Ohio.

Territory and alignment

Primary focus: North West Ohio. Final territory is set based on your skills and experience, current business priorities, and your geographic preference.

Key responsibilities

• Generate net-new CNC project opportunities and shepherd them from discovery to close.
• Manage profitability on every engagement and track results against goals.
• Expand revenue within existing accounts while acquiring new customers per plan.
• Maintain an electronic 30-60-90 day forecast to guide activity and predict outcomes.
• Adhere to Ellison Technologies’ structured sales training for consistent execution.
• Use SalesForce.com and update client records promptly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Proven territorial sales performance, preferably with machine cutting tool exposure.
• Open to candidates with tooling, fixturing, and CNC programming experience seeking an outside sales path.
• Consideration for strong B2B territory sellers eager to learn sophisticated CNC equipment.
• Hunter profile: skilled at opening doors, educating prospects on their processes, and crafting value-added solutions.
